About

Dubhgan HincheyI have been teaching, training, and researching in the fields of ICT, Digital Education and EAL for over 15 years. Currently, I EAL Coordinator and Language B teacher at Tamagawa Academy. I also am a Vermont State Professional Educator for English Language Learners. License (Level 1) 3-40 (English Language Learner, Grades PK-12). Previously, I was the Head of School at Capital Tokyo International School and founded the school. Major projects were setting up the 4,000 plus volume library, implementing our remote learning stations while teaching PYP classes and recruiting students and teaching staff. I find a lot of professional satisfaction supporting teachers and students in the two areas of EAL and Digital Education.
